🧺 How do you clean your clothes?
Every item that comes to us is washed, steamed, and carefully inspected before it’s listed.
We use gentle detergents and low-heat drying methods to preserve fabric quality and ensure freshness.
If a piece is delicate or vintage, we hand-wash or dry-clean it to maintain its original charm.
You’ll receive your order ready to wear — clean, fresh, and cared for.
👕 Are the clothes second-hand?
Yes — all our items are pre-loved. We hand-select each piece for quality and condition, choosing items that still have plenty of life left.
Our goal is to salvage wearable clothing and delay its journey to landfill for as long as possible.
📏 How do I know if something will fit me?
We include detailed size information and measurements for every product.
Because clothing brands vary, we recommend comparing our measurements to one of your own garments that fits well.
If you’re ever unsure, send us an email — we’ll happily measure the item again for you.
